One of the pillars of community safety and in particular the Neighbourhood Watch Program involves reporting suspicious activity to the police and then sharing that information with your neighbours.

By being aware of criminal activity in your neighbourhood, you can take precautions to protect yourself and your home, while making your community an unattractive target for criminals.

More importantly, by being the "eyes and ears" of the police in the community, you can play a crucial role in supporting the Peel Regional Police to keep Brampton one of Canada's safest cities.

To report suspicious or criminal behavior, please call the Peel Regional Police at 905-453-3311, or in an emergency dial 911. Once you have reported the crime to the police, please contact the Safe City Office by phone, fax or e-mail to share your information with your neighbours. We will post your anonymous report here and you will be helping to make Brampton Safer by alerting your neighbours about criminal activity in the City of Brampton.

  • Find out about the latest crime alerts in your community by simply clicking on the part of the map that you live in.
  • Visit the Peel Regional Police department site to review the most recent major incidents.
