Community Safety Education Project

The Brampton Safe City Association requires a full-time Project Manager to manage its Community Safety Education Project.

This 20-month project is aimed at engaging citizens in safety programs by recruiting and training skilled volunteers who will work with experienced staff members to deliver safety education to children, youth, adults and seniors.

Qualifications:

• Excellent public speaking and written communications skills
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to recruit and manage volunteers from diverse cultures

Position is for 35 hours/week on a flexible schedule (afternoons/evenings and Saturdays). Twenty (20) month contract.

Salary $45,000/annum, plus employee benefits.
