Peel Police & Brampton Safe City Want You to
“Light Up the Night” this Halloween 

Brampton, Ontario – Peel Regional Police volunteers, Auxiliary Officers and volunteers from the Brampton Safe City Association want to wish you and your children a safe and happy Halloween this year.

Trick or TreatAs part of the effort to ensure that children and parents think of safety first this Halloween night, Peel Regional Police volunteers will be joining Safe City volunteers with distributing Halloween safety tips at the Bramalea Go Station on the morning of October 27 th and at Shoppers World Brampton and the Trinity Common Mall on the Thursday and Friday evenings prior to Halloween night.

At the same time, volunteers will be selling fluorescent glow sticks for children to wear on their costumes at a cost of $2 per stick. All proceeds from the sale of glow sticks will support Brampton Safe City Association programs such as the Youth Education and Safety Program, Neighbourhood Watch and the Safe City Partnership.

Families can pick up Halloween glow sticks and safety information on:

Wednesday October 27, from 6:00 am to 8:30 am

  • Bramalea GO Station at Bramalea and Steeles

Thursday October 28 or Friday October 29 between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm in front of the following locations:

  • Shoppers World Brampton (The Main Mall Entrance between the Bay and Canadian Tire)

  • Trinity Commons Mall (In front of the A&P and Home Depot outlets)
